[Passive] Enables double casting with elemental magic using using the power of the aether. When the skill key is tapped twice, an associated skill is activated.

Associated Skills
By tapping the skill key twice, you can double cast the following skills simultaneously. Note that you do not have to have the associated skill on your skill bar in order for it to activate. However, cooldown will still be initiated for that skill.
