알테라 지역에서 강력한 힘을 가진 대규모 병력과의 끊임없는 전투로 힘들어 하는 동료들을 보며, 아인은 과거라면 느끼지 않았을 감정의 동요를 느끼게 된다. 아인은 이러한 낯선 감정을 추스리고 내면의 성장을 통해 자신을 강화하기 시작한다.

킹나소드의 이야기를 듣고 마계의 침공이 본격화 된 것을 알게된 아인은, 압도적인 마계의 공격에 당연한 듯 맞서는 엘소드 일행을 지켜보며 동료 간의 유대와 신뢰를 느낀다. 아인 안에서 점점 피어나는 감정으로 인해 아이트 또한 점차적으로 강해졌다.

• Correctly written, Erbluhen Emotion's German name would have been Erblühende Emotion, which means Blooming Emotion.
