This passive does not reduce cooldown of the Combination Skill used, except when chaining Fantasy Impromptu - 1st Movement to Fantasy Impromptu - 2nd Movement.
The additional CP gain effect can occur any time CP is gained, be it from commands, skills, or even the Corrupted potions from Gate of Darkness.
