When used against a Giant Training Monkey, it can deal 1 hit from Silent Wave and hits from about 4 Spirit Seeds.
Silent Wind is very useful as a backup clearing skill and bossing skill (on very large bosses such as Chaos Leviathan and Clockwork Frost Hermit).
It is nearly impossible to achieve the maximum hits for Silent Wind unless the enemy is large enough to be impacted by all 16 Spirit Seeds.
