When wind attacks proc, cooldown for special active skills decrease.

While the Sword Gust does not inflict hitstun, it will generate MP and charge the Awakening gauge for both the target and yourself. However, the amount of MP that you receive is very low (less than 1 MP per hit).
Your combos do not have to hit a target to summon Sword Gust.
Each Sword Gust will cancel the delay of Elsword's attack, therefore speeding up Elsword's rate of attack.
As Sword Gusts count as commands, their damage can be increased with Command Damage Increase effects.
