Forbidden Secret Manual (II) is needed to unlock this skill, available through the Power of Transcendence Skill Quest or Item Mall.

The additional damage dealt by absorbing certain debuffs works identical to the normal version, inflicting a portion of the total damage the debuffs would have dealt. Interestingly, the tooltip also more accurately describes this effect than that of the base version.
