Hyper Actives and Extreme Heavenly Love will not be affected by Cooldown Reduction effect.
This passive does not reduce cooldown of the Combination Skill used, except when chaining Fantasy Impromptu - 1st Movement to Fantasy Impromptu - 2nd Movement.
