	Flotilla Power Enhancement: All Skill Damage Increase Boosting Mutation: All Install Skills will always have their DMP effects active Fusion Factory: All Install Skill Activate Instantly Without Entering Factory Mode (8 times limit) Using all Fusion Factory use will reset All Skill Cooldown for the caster. (Excludes Quantization/Hyperactive/Bond Skills)
	Master Skill is unaffected by skill enhance effects except Master-only effects.

Due to the effects of [Boosting Mutation], Dynamo Mutation Points effects of Install skills will not consume Mutation points.
Fusion FactoryFusion Factory completely removes the casting animation, skill freeze and screen darkening effect when casting or switching Install skills, allowing you to quickly fire them in a short span of time. Mutation points will still be recovered when switching.
