Tips and Details
- The Recovery Bubble can be picked up by allies, and will despawn after 3 seconds.
- While both effects share the same internal cooldown, the cooldown for the Recovery Bubble will not start until it despawns or is picked up.
- When continuously hitting an enemy this will cause the Shock Bubble and the Recovery Bubble to occur on different command hits, 'desyncing' the effects.
