This skill doesn't have any skill effect and skill value (except MP Usage and Cooldown). When using this skill, the character will be slowed for 2 seconds.
Unlike other [Mod] skills, the skill is equipped in the Active slot instead of Mod slot. It doesn't have the Mod skill icon in the upper left corner either.
Strangely, there's a "Final Enhanced Skill" effect in the skill information.
