	Energy Pathway Overload All Speed, All Attribute Activation Chance Increase. Does not consume DP when Nasod Armor Barrier is activated. When activated, Critical Damage increase per mutation point used.

The All Speed Increase and Attribute Activation Chance Increase buff only applies when a Special Active hits a target.
The Critical Damage Increase buff applies when DMP is used.
The increase in All Speeds is multiplicative.
The increase in Critical Damage is additive.
