Ignoring the reality, Noah begins to connect the fragmented pieces in the twisted reality and he mistakes them as truth.
Seeing Noah mistake him as a brother, Clamor thinks.
The sweet side effects of delusion, the twist in memory and vague grasp on reality, this is all Noah's attempt to survive.
Perhaps forcing him to see the truth will actually cause Noah harm at this time.
