In PvP, with the Useful trait selected, this skill will drag launched enemy along its path, ensuring maximum hits.
Unlike the normal version, [Mod] Electronic Fall cannot be cast in midair.
Only your initial casting animation is affected by action speed; the energy field will always travel at the same pace.
