Tips and Details
- Since the cooldown acceleration buff is short, it is recommended to use as many Overload skills in your rotation to keep it up for the most of the time.
- You can receive the Overload stacks even if the cooldown acceleration effect is active. After reaching 3 stacks again, it will overwrite the current buff.
