Tips and Details

A mini cutter relic will move forward in a similar fashion to Drum Cutter. A mini drill relic will drill in place in front of you in a similar fashion to Mighty Mining.
The procs are affected by All Skill Damage and Active Skill Damage at the same time.
- Their damage gets also further increased by Strength or Bravery Skill Damage (depending on the skill that triggered them) and the Transcendence slot buff.
- They count as Active skills (can proc certain on-hit effects and Attributes).

Trivia

The NA tooltip was not clear that only Drill and Cutter relics will spawn a mini relic. Gemstone relics does not share the 50% chance to spawn and retain the 30% chance to spawn the additional stones found in Relic, You're Mine! tooltip.
