Tips and Details

The cooldown reduction also reduces the cooldown of the skill that activated it.
Currently the passive's ability to give you the full Art after the 4th stance will be consumed even when casting a full Tiger Art or Dragon Art combo. It is best to use Dragon Stance 4: Moonlight Slash or Tiger Stance 4: Raging Wave separately first before fully casting another Art to wait out the actual cooldown of the passive.
