2. Talk to Echo in Elder.
3. Clear 2-3 on Hard mode or higher (☆☆) twice.
4. Clear 2-5 on Very Hard (☆☆☆).

After completing the Jamming quest chain, Rose can decide to advance as a Heavy Barrel.
