Tips and Details
- When installing the skill or switching installs, the act will do 256% (128% in PvP) Physical Damage. This has a 3-second cooldown which is mitigated to 0.15 seconds by Dynamo Factory - Enhanced Transformation.
- The targeting cursor will appear on your character. If let go without moving the cursor, starfall field will be created around your character.
- If Install - Drone Activator debuff is active on an enemy, the starfall field will be created around them without a targeting cursor.
- [Mod] Install - Starfall is comprised of many smaller hitboxes, dealing greater damage the larger an enemy is.
