Raven excels in close combat as he uses his Nasod arm to strike down enemies with a single blow to those who dare get near him. He also uses his sword to slice up anything in his path in order to build up all sorts of combos to tear down the enemy.  
His suppressed rage is unleashed and channeled to the Nasod Core. It feeds off of Raven's rage, and the more rage, the stronger it becomes. The Nasod Core assists Raven in attacks and defense depending on the battle situation.

A commoner that worked his way up to become the captain of a well-known Mercenary Knights.


Raven was once a fellow soldier serving the Kingdom of Velder. One day he was finally promoted to a Captain, but unfortunately the Nobles of the land disliked Raven, so he was framed and sent to prison. His co-workers and fiancée tried to rescue him, but they were all caught and killed. Eventually, Raven lost all hope, but suddenly a messenger from the King of Nasod came and offered Raven a contract, for rebirth and power, he would conquer Velder and have revenge on the ones who caused him suffering. Thus he becomes the leader of the Velder Rebellion and had his arm replaced with a prototype Nasod claw. However; he met Elsword and his friends, which made him realize all the bad things he had done <br> and wanted to repay for what he did in the past by teaming up with Elsword to look for the Elstone.
However he was framed by jealous aristocrats and loses everything he cares for in one night.

==Trivia==
*Raven is also a boss enemy of [[4-1]].
*The Nasods in [[Altera]] had attempted to produce a mechanical Raven known as the [[4-5|"Crow Rider"]]. This being utilizes most of Taker's abilities, as well as having an appearance larger than Raven himself (as if he drunk a Giant Potion). The Nasods created prototypes, although they were small as the original Raven and could not use his special abilities, but were still kept for use as infantry. The final model of the Crow Rider was eventually perfected and put into use.
