The strongest magic swordsman who created a new Rune sword technique using the power of El.

After restoring the El, Elsword feels something different about how mana flowed in his body.

Instead of trying to contain his new found power, Elsword decides to unleash it.

With explosive mana coursing through his body and his sword, Elsword becomes capable of using skills that no other magic swordsman could attempt before.


Third Class Advancement

Completing the following advancement quest or using the Item Mall item: Rune Master's Resolution File:Job Change - Rune Master/zh-hant.png will change your job to Rune Master/zh-hant.

Upon advancing to third job, you will receive a [New Power: Force] cube which contains:

You can advance into Master Class upon reaching Rigomor.



Master Class Advancement

Complete the following advancement quest or using the Item Mall item: Mark of Awakening (Rune Master) to advance to Master Class.

  1. Clear any Rigomor dungeon 5 times.
  2. Collect 20 Apparitions of Will from any Boss in Rigomor region dungeons.
  3. Clear any Master Road dungeon (Normal/Hell) once.
  4. Collect 10 Origin Artifacts from any Master Road dungeon (Normal/Hell).
  5. Clear any Master Road dungeon (Normal/Hell) 5 times.

Artifact System will be unlocked after achieving Master Class.

Trivia

  • The runes used in Rune Master's portrait are written in Elder Futhark, the oldest form of runic alphabet.
    • However, the writings seem to mean absolutely nothing.
  • Rune Master wears a short sleeve jacket that's very similar to the one depicted in Rune Slayer's concept art.
  • Although his promotional accessory is a headband, it is categorized as Top Piece instead of Face (Top).
  • In this path, Elsword relies more on his magical prowess rather than his innate-El resonance or any external El influence. Due to not having any interaction with El other than the Giant El, Rune Master' is the only path where Elsword's eyes don't change in color.
