What are Professions?

Professions are jobs that characters may obtain, giving them various new features to assist them. There are only three professions available, which are Treasure Hunter, Blacksmith, and Alchemist. Each character can only access one profession at a time. Professions are also ranked by levels, with a maximum level of 10.

Profession Description
Treasure Hunter Obtain items by destroying treasure chests that appear in dungeons
Blacksmith Use Blacksmith Enhancement/Dismantle/Restoration for effective enhancement
Alchemist Use Alchemy to craft useful items

When can you get Professions?

All characters will have access to the Profession System after they reach level 40. Afterwards, the Professions Tab will be accessible in your menu and you may choose your profession.

If you ever wish to change your profession, you can purchase a Professions Change Ticket from the Item Mall for 170 K-Ching each. Professions can also be changed by consuming ED. This option is only available if the player character's profession is level 3 or lower. Each character can change their profession up to 3 times this way and each change will consume 100,000 ED.

Tips and Details

  • The Treasure Chests that contain these Profession items will only appear in dungeons if there is a Treasure Hunter present in the party.
    • The number of boxes appear is affected by number of Treasure Hunter present, not their level.
  • Breaking normal chests and boxes in dungeons can also grant you Treasure Hunter EXP, albeit a very small amount compared to Treasure Hunter chests.
  • Usually, a Blacksmith tends to get Alchemist materials and vice versa.
