Basic Information
Each day, every character starts out with 100% stamina. Stamina is required to play most of the game's content, and its usage depends on the number of stages you enter in dungeons, or how many enemies you kill in a field. When your stamina reaches 0%, you may no longer enter dungeons that require stamina. You may still fight monsters in fields without stamina, but you will not receive any exp or drops while your stamina is at 0%. You can however still complete field quests, and increase your pet's affinity while at 0% stamina. PvP does not require stamina. Your stamina will automatically refill to 100% upon leveling up, all the way until Lv. 99.
Life Stamina
Life Stamina is a separate type of stamina that is required to partake in Life Content activities. The amount of Life Stamina consumed varies between activities, with Fishing using a consistent amount, and Pet Expedition using large amounts which are listed in the menu before starting. Your Life Stamina is shared by every character on your account, so make sure to use it wisely. You can view your Life Stamina meter by clicking on your normal Stamina meter to toggle.
Stamina Potions
Aside from the daily stamina reset, the only other way to restore your stamina is by using Stamina Potions. You may obtain regular Stamina Potions from events, cubes, and quests, which refill your stamina by 30%. They can also be obtained at random by exchanging Heroes' Coins to Ariel. During some events, you can obtain Stamina Potions 100%, which refill 100% of your stamina. Life Stamina Potions can also be obtained to restore 30% of your Life Stamina.
Dungeons that does not consume Stamina
Some of the dungeons do not consume or require any Stamina. Even if your Stamina reaches 0%, you can still enter these dungeons and still get rewards.
