Blacksmith
As a Blacksmith, you will obtain the ability to enhance equipment, similar to the Blacksmith NPCs in town. You will also receive new features, such as Advanced Enhancement and the Mysterious El Anvil. In order for Blacksmiths to obtain EXP, they must perform several Advanced Enhancement or Mysterious El Anvil.
These functions will require the use of a Mithril item for each enhancement or dismantle and a small ED cost. The amount of Mithril item needed is dependent on the enhancement level of the equipment. However, using the El Anvil will not require any Mithril items.
Advanced Enhancement
Advanced Enhancement is an improved version of the NPCs' enhancement function on equipment. It will consume Sturdy Mithrils to reduce the amount of enhancement materials needed. You will also receive Profession EXP when using this feature. Additionally, Advanced Enhancement will prevent enhancement drops and resets without the cost of Blessed Fluorite Ores for 4 → 5 / 5 → 6 / 6 → 7 / 7 → 8 / 8 → 9 enhancement levels.

Mysterious El Anvil
The Mysterious El Anvil is a feature that allows Blacksmith characters to create Blacksmith Hammers. You can use the Anvil once every 8 hours, which will consume 100,000 ED and produce one Blacksmith Hammer and Profession EXP. Using Blacksmith Hammer during Advanced Enhancement will increase enhancement success rate by 2 times. However, it cannot be stacked with El's Hammer.
The number of Blacksmith Hammers can be checked only through Advanced Enhancement tab and Mysterious El Anvil tab as the Blacksmith Hammers are not kept in the inventory. As the Blacksmith level goes up, the max number of Blacksmith Hammers you can own will increase. However, when you obtain the max number of Blacksmith Hammers, you will no longer be able to use the Mysterious El Anvil.
