Description

The Moon Priestess seems to have something to say about Noah and Clamor losing consciousness.

Quest Completion Dialogue
  • Clamor: Noah, if you must go to the Demon Realm, I can't say I like it... but I won't object.
  • Clamor: But if you're planning to go alone, I won't let you! Remember, we only made it this far because we had help from others.
  • Noah: You're right. If it weren't for Yuria, Titania would have brought me down at the manor. And you were always by my side, Clamor.
  • Clamor: Not that I'm useful... In any case, we should ask Yuria and the El Masters to learn more about the Demon Realm.
  • Clamor: And when we go... Our first objective is to meet up with the El Search Party. Since they're experienced in many ways, they are bound to be of great assistance.
  • Noah: Yes. We have to warn them that Henir's Order might be located in the Demon Realm, because they're likely not aware of that fact.
  • Noah: I hope they won't encounter the Order before we meet them...
  • Darkmoon: Noah, are you awake? Excuse me.
  • Darkmoon: I heard you lost consciousness again. How are you feeling?
  • Noah: I'm sorry if I worried you. I'm feeling fine.
  • Darkmoon: Thank goodness. I was worried because it looked like you were having trouble sleeping.
  • Clamor: I guess it's also noticeable to others that you're a light sleeper.
  • Noah: Is that so? I do have nightmares, but I didn't think it was so noticeable...
  • Darkmoon: I was keeping a close eye on you because your aura was strange. That's the only reason why I noticed.
  • Noah: Oh... That's probably because my power has mutated...
  • Darkmoon: That's not all. Even during the short period you were at Elrianode, your aura was spread thin even further.
  • Darkmoon: With the opposing power clashing, and your body taking in the brunt of the impact, it would have tired you out easily. That probably has something to do with you losing your consciousness so often.
  • Noah: Opposing power...? What do you mean?
  • Darkmoon: ... I'm sorry. I can't tell you in detail. That's all I can say at the moment.
  • Noah: Then what should I do? Other than using them... I don't really know a lot about my powers.
  • Noah: ... You know this because you're the Moon Priestess... Then, do you also know how I can stabilize my power?
  • Darkmoon: I'm not sure... This is the first time I've encountered a case like this. But one thing for certain, is that your aura is impacting both, your body and mind, negatively.
  • Darkmoon: It's already mutated. While I can't restore them to how they were before, I believe I can stabilize the power.
  • Darkmoon: But I don't think my power is enough... So it's probably best if we head to the Sanctum.
  • Noah: The Sanctum? An Elriabrunnr?
  • Darkmoon: Yes. There's a place nearby where ancient Elrians used to train. I believe I can assist you there.
  • Noah: ... Thank you. But... why are you helping me?
  • Darkmoon: I just wished to help.
  • Darkmoon: ... I'm sorry. That probably wasn't a good answer. But there's really no other reason. I believe the Moon Priestess during the El Explosion would have wanted to help as well.
  • Noah: You mean... Misty.
  • Darkmoon: During the El Explosion, she revealed that she was a member of Henir's Order, and sacrificed herself to create the Moon El.
  • Noah: ... What do you think about Misty?
  • Darkmoon: ... I always wondered about the duty of a Moon Priestess...
  • Darkmoon: I've been taught what I must do as a priestess, but because there weren't any Moon Priestesses before me, I had to learn many things on my own.
  • Darkmoon: When Elrianode was restored and the El Masters returned one by one, I think I had hoped that the Moon Master might return as well.
  • Noah: But he...
  • Darkmoon: Yes. When I learned that he was a traitor, that's when it hit me. That the only one to carry the will of the Moon... and the only one left to pass it on is me.
  • Darkmoon: And when the El Search Party came back from the Demon Realm injured, it made me reflect on my own lacking power and strength.
  • Darkmoon: You asked me what I think about Lady Misty. I'd like to reflect not on her betrayal, but her sacrifice.
  • Darkmoon: About the people and the world she wished to protect with all her life.
  • Noah: .......
  • Darkmoon: Healing and rest. Now that the enemies who are after the El is known, those powers are needed now, more than ever.
  • Darkmoon: As the last, only Moon Priestess, I must do more than my share.

Description

When Noah reaches the Sanctum, he receives help from Darkmoon to stabilize the conflicting powers within him.

Quest Acceptance Dialogue
  • Noah: So this is the sanctum. It feels different from Moonlight Hill.
  • Clamor: You're right. Maybe because we're so close to the El, but the power of the El feels stronger here.
  • Darkmoon: Now, Noah. Please lie down.
  • Darkmoon: I will use the power of healing and regeneration to heal you.
  • Noah: Do you also need my power?
  • Darkmoon: There's no need. The energy in the Sanctum should compensate for my lacking power. You just need to lie down and relax. Better if you fall asleep.
  • Clamor: Hear that, Noah? You should take some rest.
  • Noah: Not doing anything is actually making me more nervous.
  • Clamor: ... Should I sing you a lullaby?
  • Noah: No.
  • Clamor: Tsk, so heartless.
  • Darkmoon: Noah, I will now cast the spell. Close your eyes.
  • Darkmoon: Relax, and breathe slowly... in... out...
  • Noah: ... ... ... ...
Quest Completion Dialogue
  • Noah: ......?
  • Noah: What is this place? I thought I was at the Sanctum?
  • Young Noah: Hello.
  • Noah: You...
  • Young Noah: Did you forget? I said we'll see each other again.
  • Noah: You... ah, you did. Inside the illusion.
  • Noah: Wait, am I under another illusion spell?
  • Young Noah: Nope. Your body is safe at the Sanctum, sleeping. Consider this... your mindscape.
  • Noah: A dream? Like lucid dreaming?
  • Young Noah: That works as well.
  • Noah: .......
  • Young Noah: Huhu, since it's a dream, you'd rather if Harque showed up, right? Are you disappointed?
  • Noah: ... Honestly, yes.
  • Young Noah: I can do that for you, but I shouldn't. Since you'll end up running away.
  • Noah: Run away? What do you mean?
  • Young Noah: Because you were going to say farewell to Yuria.
  • Noah: ... I know this is a dream, but that's kind of random.
  • Young Noah: It will all make sense in the end. You're a model student. You try to lay groundwork no matter what you do.
  • Young Noah: You demand perfection, and when you find something lacking, you feel uneasy.
  • Noah: What does that have to do with anything?
  • Young Noah: It has everything to do with it. You had a clear goal when you were defeating Titania with Yuria. Defeat the bad guy and save everyone! Plain and simple, right?
  • Young Noah: But after you defeated Titania, you didn't know what to do. Without Titania, you no longer had a shared goal with Yuria to continue the bond.
  • Young Noah: Creating a bond between people... It's an unfamiliar concept to you, isn't it? Because every person you had a bond with ended with the other person dying.
  • Noah: You mean I end the bond before it becomes stronger because I'm afraid?
  • Young Noah: Precisely. At least it seems you're making an effort on that front. Or else, you wouldn't have woken up Clamor.
  • Young Noah: You're not good at it, but since it's something you want, you'll get better eventually.
  • Noah: Who are you?
  • Young Noah: I'm you. Don't question it. No tricks here. You can say... I'm your inner voice.
  • Young Noah: Let's talk about something else. What do you think about the conversation you had with Rosso?
  • Noah: About revenge? Rosso said it's meaningless...
  • Young Noah: But you don't agree?
  • Harque: That's it, Noah.
  • Harque: Avenge me. The devil that murdered me and stole my identity! Punish the ones who became sinners of the world by causing the El Explosion!
  • Harque: You'll do that for me, won't you? Noah...
  • Noah: What are you doing?!
  • Young Noah: Hahaha... Are you mad?
  • Noah: Do you even have to ask? Harque won't say something like that!
  • Noah: ... Ah.
  • Young Noah: Huhu, see? You understand. Harque isn't someone to request something like that.
  • Noah: .......
  • Young Noah: Right?
  • Young Noah: We brothers suffered enough from the household. It was a gilded cage.
  • Young Noah: They watched over Harque like a hawk in the name of bringing honor to the family, while you, who didn't meet their expectation, were neglected.
  • Young Noah: ... We just wanted each other to be happy. You wished Harque could escape by becoming a Master, and Harque hoped that becoming a Master would lead to better treatment of you.
  • Noah: .......
  • Young Noah: You know already. What you really want isn't revenge. You only think you do to ease your guilt.
  • Young Noah: You couldn't prevent your brother's death, you didn't remember him... yet your brother gave you a chance to live on. This overwhelmed you with a sense of guilt.
  • Young Noah: And it's that guilt that led you to force 'revenge' as a piece to complete the puzzle of why you are still alive.
  • Noah: I forced it?
  • Young Noah: Yes. It's always like that with you. Instead of saying thank you, you say sorry. When you want to stay, you run away because you're too 'shy'.
  • Young Noah: You don't allow yourself to be happy. Ah, well... I understand though. Your ideal happiness only existed with your brother by your side.
  • Young Noah: But he's not here anymore. It's time to look for another path.
  • Noah: ... It's not as easy as you say.
  • Young Noah: Hmph. You wouldn't have made it this far if it weren't for Yuria and Clamor anyway. I suppose it's not that bad.
  • Noah: Are you saying... chasing the Order goes against my true desire? That it's wrong?
  • Young Noah: That's not what I'm saying. Though your reasoning was twisted, your determination is true. Don't focus on the cover that is revenge, and look beyond that.
  • Young Noah: When you faced against the Order, trying to stop them, there must have been something meaningful that remained? That is your motivation, not revenge.

Description

Noah learns that there is something wrong with his memory from his dream. Now it's time to say goodbye to his past that was tied down to so-called destiny.

Quest Acceptance Dialogue
  • Young Noah: ... It's time for us to part. Any last words?
  • Noah: Come to think of it, I heard faint voices whenever I fell asleep. I thought it was part of a nightmare, but...
  • Noah: Was that you?
  • Young Noah: Yup. But it wasn't my voice. I did try to get you to listen, though.
  • Noah: If it isn't yours, whose voice was it?
  • Young Noah: Now, that's not something I can tell you. You have to figure out yourself.
  • Noah: Is the voice really that important?
  • Young Noah: Yes. I'll give you a hint. Your memory of the night Harque was murdered is altered. It's because the murdered blocked your true memories.
  • Young Noah: You pieced together what little memory you had, and lived without every questioning it.
  • Noah: My memory was altered? Then...!
  • Young Noah: Sorry to burst your bubble, but your brother is dead.
  • Young Noah: The reason why your memory was blocked, was because you saw or heard something you weren't supposed to.
  • Young Noah: Heed my words. You must get that memory back before you head to the Demon Realm.
  • Noah: Cant' you tell me about it more?
  • Young Noah: No. I told you. It's blocked. This is as far as I can tell you.
  • Young Noah: Farewell now. Goodbye.
Quest Completion Dialogue
  • Clamor: Did it work?
  • Darkmoon: Yes. His aura stabilized. He should be fine now.
  • Clamor: I don't really understand what this aura is, but he does look better. Maybe it's the sleep.
  • Clamor: How do you feel? Do you feel any different? Better?
  • Noah: ... I had a dream.
  • Darkmoon: A dream?
  • Noah: Yes. It was... a strange dream. Maybe it wasn't anything...
  • Darkmoon: ... This is an Elriabrunnr.
  • Darkmoon: The El reflects the will. That sometimes leads to a special experience. It's one of the reasons why ancient Elrians used this place to train.
  • Darkmoon: Perhaps that will took the form of a dream for you.
  • Noah: I can't ignore it... because it was almost like a vision... of what I must do from now.
  • Clamor: What happened in the dream?
  • Noah: It's a long story... But it helped organize my thoughts. It left a lot of questions, too.
  • Noah: I... I thought about why I really want to face the Order. Other than avenging by brother, what it means for me. What remains...
  • Noah: I'm glad that stopping Titania prevented Lanox from being in danger. I was happy to save the Landar camp and was able to become friends with Yuria.
  • Noah: That's how I met Clamor, and came all the way to Elrianode. That's what remained for me. There's so many things I've gotten that I can't just pinpoint one thing...
  • Darkmoon: .......
  • Noah: I must go to the Demon Realm. But, not to avenge my brother.
  • Noah: The Order destroyed so many things already. There are victims that were directly harmed like me, Rosso, and you...
  • Noah: ... and their action still threatens the world today.
  • Noah: I want to stop that. So people don't have to experience what I have gone through.
  • Noah: That is my will.
  • Noah: How about it, Clamor? Do you think that's a good enough reason to go to the Demon Realm?
  • Clamor: Maybe...? If you do as well as you say? I still don't like it, since it's obvious that it's going to be a hard road for you...
  • Clamor: But I agree. We cannot let the Order run wild.
  • Noah: So you agree? Thank you. Um, Moon Priestess? I have a favor to ask.
  • Darkmoon: If it's anything I can do to help...
  • Noah: I want to learn about a spell that blocks memories. And how to lift it.
