After arriving to the confines of Velder, Laby and Bellonde tries to get a ship, but they learn that the port has been recently attacked by monsters.

Where can we catch a ship to Fluone? Resident of the Harbor: Eh? 'aven't seen ye folks 'round 'ere before. First time 'ere ah suppose? Bellonde: Yes. We've come from a far away place. I heard there was trouble... But it looks like everything's fine now? Resident of the Harbor: Ye go' tha' right! Few years ago, demons came 'ere 'n destroyed nigh-on everytin'. Thought we were all gon' be dead, mind you. Laby: Demons? They must have been really mean! Just like Bellonde said! Resident of the Harbor: Thank the stars! We got Velder back when th' El Search Party came 'ere 'n got rid o' all 'em demons. 'Tis whas left aft rebuildin' everythin'. Bellonde: Defeat the demons... Bellonde: They say heroes are born in times of hardship. The El Search Party, you say? I'm glad they were here to help. Laby: Whoooooa!! Bellonde, look at that white stone! It's walking! Bellonde: Is that... El energy moving the steel? Is that... a Nasod? Laby: Nasod? What's that? Bellonde: It's a machine using El energy as its power source. I heard it became too advanced in the past, causing much grief. But... to be in the middle of a village like that... Resident of the Harbor: Thas no' so bad, that' one. These roun' folks from Altera came 'n' made 'em. 'elpen us lots, they did. Got rebuildin' much faster aft' that. Resident of the Harbor: Thought aft' 'em folks, all the young uns been goin' 'round sayin' pong aft everythin' they say. Make things interstin' 'round 'ere. Bellonde: Someone capable of using Nasod technology? Amazing. It's also great that the people accept them so readily. Resident of the Harbor: Tha' so? We're used to 'em now, mind. Thanks to 'em, sailin's been easier. We now go straight to Lanox without havin' to go through Lanox. Resident of the Harbor: Ah 'eard Fluone 'ad throubles with demons too. But i' seems they got everythin' under control now, an' will start tradin' soon. Laby: Fluone! We're headed there! Can Laby and Bellonde get a ship? Pong! Resident of the Harbor: Ah well... Now tha' ye mention it... Th' thin' is... th' ships are nah salin' at th' mo'. We got a wee problem ye see... Bellonde: A problem? Resident of the Harbor: Ye see, we were buildin' a new port 'ere, but when demons came, we were fightin' 'em all th' time tha' th' new port... became a monster's nest. Resident of the Harbor: We did ask th' Royal Guards for 'elp, but they're all out catchin' th' remainin' demons tha' they ain't helpin' us at the moment. Bellonde: I see. Since it would be difficult to set sail with the monsters around... It's also hard to know when the ships can depart. Laby: So!! If we get rid of all the monsters, can we get a ship? Laby: Laby's booored. There's nothing to see but water... Bellonde: Ugh... Laby: Teacher! Are you sick? Do you need Laby's help? Bellonde: N, no. It's fine... Nothing I can't handl... ugh... Bellonde: Uh... I can never get used to this feeling. Is it just me? Or is the ship really turbulent? ... Laby, how do you feel? Laby: Good! Laby is well! But I guess teacher is really weak! Captain: Isn't it obvious? The ship will sink with all the water coming in through the hole!!! Laby: What?! That's really, really bad!! Bellonde: There are monsters still remaining... and with the ship damaged... There's no other way. Captain: O, oi, don't tell me you're giving up now? We were...! Bellonde: Don't get me wrong, I haven't given up yet. Bellonde: I haven't gotten all my powers back yet, so I wnted to avoid this as much as possible... Laby: Teacher? Bellonde: Laby, I have a request. Laby: What is it? Anything Laby can do! Bellonde: You understand what's happening, right?
