Rose's Story 2
The words of the child took root in her head as she laid in her bed, clutching her pillow and trying to make sense of the chaos in her mind.
On the last night of the Princess' visit, Anna pretended to be one of her attendants to get out of guard duty. She was out for a walk when she once again spotted the child, who explained that she too had a similar situation as her. She asked Anna what are the things she can do, and what are the things she wants to do, although Anna was not sure how to answer. Later, she once again met the child during a military inspecton to celebrate the Princess' visit, only to realize that the child had been Princess Ezre all along. The Princess cleared all convictions of Anna's father, and respects were paid to the fallen general. During the ceremony, Princess Ezre asked Anna if she had found the answer to her quest, to which Anna said yes. The Princess encouraged her to move forth, as Anna swore to herself to become a proud soldier, and Protect the Princess who had saved her from her misery.

| Quest Completion Dialogue
|
- On the last night of the Imperial Princess's visit, Anna pretended to be one of the Princess's attendants and got out of guard duty.
- Anna: (I have better places to be... Why did I come here?)
- Anna was just out for a quick walk but her feet took her back to the storage.
- Anna: That girl...
- Anna saw a familiar figure and quickly ran towards her while yelling.
- Anna: Hey you!!!
- Child: Hm.. As expected, I knew I would find you here again.
- The girl grinned and stood before Anna.
- Anna: If you're not going to apologize for the other night, you better not say another word.
- Anna walked inside the storage with a cold voice and glanced at the girl. The girl followed Anna inside without saying a word.
- Child: What did I do wrong? I only said it to help you out. I also found my way after hearing that from someone else.
- Anna: What...?
- Child: What are you doing? Sit. My feet hurt from running all over the place to find you.
- The girl sat around Anna and muttered. Anna frowns at her before awkwardly sitting beside her.
- Child: What I expected is slightly different from yours but it's not too far off. A father like figure who watched over me died an there were many important choices I had to make.
- Child: With my choice there will be people laughing and crying... I was too scared of responsibilities that I was busy running away from it.
- Child: I told everyone around me that I wasn't up for you, I cannot make such important choices... Those were some of the things that I've been telling others around me.
- The girl put a bitter smile and paused.
- Anna remembered the phrase 'How annoying', the phrase that she had been saying ever since her father's death. Anna knew that she was no different from the little girl.
- Child: But then someone said this to me. 'That's it? I thought it was something important.'
- Child: I, of course got mad at that person, just like you. I couldn't understand them. I was so sad and scared but that person didn't even try to cheer me up.
- Child: When I asked just like you, you know what that person said to me?
- Anna quietly shook her head.
- Child: They said, don't run. If I let the problems I can't do anything about get bigger inside my mind, it only makes me want to run away from it.
- Child: What I need to do is focus on the things that I can do and move forward.
- The girl opens her closed eyes and looks at Anna before asking.
- Child: What are the things you can do? And what are the things you want to do?
- Anna: The things I can do... and want to do...?
- The girl gets up on her feet before straightening out her outfit and puts out her tiny hand towards Anna.
- Child: I can tell you that crying in this tiny storage is not one of them.
- Anna stares at the tiny hand for a moment before grabbing it and getting back up. Anna didn't agree or disagree with the girl but simply stood there.

It was the day the princess's visitation was to end. Anna met the child again in an unexpected place.

| Quest Completion Dialogue
|
- In order to celebrate the Imperial Princess's visit, a military inspection was held. People talked amongst themselves, eagerly waiting for Princess Erze to show up.
- Attendant: Imperial Princess Erze has arrived?
- The crowd stood on the side and made way for the Princess and amongst them.
- Anna was there with a puzzled look. She just wanted this to be over and quick as possible.
- Anna's head was spinning after heart the girl's story. She wasn't quite able to gather her thoughts.
- Anna sighed and looked towards the crowds that was leading the march.
- Anna: (Is there a problem..? Why did they stop?)
- A crowd of people were stopped in front of Anna. As Anna was wondering why, the Imperial Princess Ezre stood before her.
- Anna felt so nervous that the Princess was in front of her, her mind was going blank.
- Princess Ezre: What's wrong now?
- Anna: I'm sorry...?
- Princess Ezre: Are you just nervous? I thought something serious was going on.
- Anna: Ah... You are?!
- Anna yelled out as she quickly realized that the little girl she was talking to was the Imperial Princess all along.
- Officer: How dare you address the Imperial Princess like that...?!
- Princess Ezre: That's enough.
- Anna: M-My apologies Princess.
- Anna quickly bows to the Princess and Ezre just gazes at her with a smile.
- Ezre slightly nods at the Officer beside her.
- The Officer quickly pulls out a golden scroll and read it out loudly.
- Officer: I, Imperial Princess Ezre acknowledge the wrongful order given to General Testarossa and hereby clear him of all conviction and restore his title of General.
- The remains of General Testarossa will be moved to the Graveyard of Fallen Soldiers.
- As the officer rolls the scroll back up, lined up soldier fire a gun in the air to honor the fallen general.
- Anna blankly stares at the sky and slowly straightens her shoulders and back.
- Anna: (Rest in peace, father)
- The princess quietly waits until the ceremony to commemorate the fallen general before approaching Anna.
- Princess Ezre: Did you find the answer to my question?
- Anna looks at the Princess and her fragile figure and nod firmly.
- Anna: ... Yes.
- The Princess smiles from the answer and turns around.
- Princess Ezre: Then, go forth then the way will open.
- The Princess slowly got further and further away from Anna and Anna stared at the Princess and thought to herself.
- Anna: (The things that I can do and want to do...)
- Anna's face fills with determination.
- Anna: (I will become a proud soldier and protect you, Princess. You that saved me from this misery.)
