Description

Two suspicious figures appear by the uneventful Ruben village.

Quest Completion Dialogue
  • A peaceful day in Ruben, a mysterious figure and a suspicious machine landed with a sudden flash of light.
  • Rose and Zero looked around after a successful dimension jump.
  • Zero: Man, talk about a long trip! But we finally made it!
  • Rose: We're in Elrios! Good. I was worried we landed somewhere unrelated again.
  • Zero: It's too early to celebrate. This seems like a regular old village. The source of the great disaster might be far away from here.
  • Rose: There were machines and forests where we first landed. I wonder where that was?
  • Zero: Who knows. Initially I thought it was Dr. Cloud's intention to drop us there, but we ended up in Elrios just fine. Maybe it was a mistake.
  • Rose: Is that so... Hm? I see villagers over there.
  • Ann: ... And that's why the other villages are uneasy. Do you think it's also related to the El? Ruben's El was stolen before as well.

  • Rose and Zero followed the villagers' direction and arrived in Elder. Unlike the quiet forest of Ruben, Elder was bustling with people.
  • Rose: Pant, pant... I don't know if I changed coming here, or if it's the difference in environment, but I'm already exhausted.
  • Zero: You'll need to move more if you want to adapt quickly. Rose, it's time for special training!
  • Rose: Phew... It seems this place is more populated than Ruben. Let's see, who should we talk to get information?

Quest Completion Dialogue
  • Rose and Zero decided to push forward despite the unfortunate situation and headed to Bethma Village.
  • With Rose still feeling down even with the village in sight, Zero tried to console her.
  • Zero: Don't worry about it, Rose. This could be a temporary problem.
  • Zero: I'll tell you the moment the communication goes through and share you everything, including news on the Princess, so cheer up.
  • Rose: Sigh.... I understand. Nothing will come of being worried all the time. I will do my best.
  • Zero: Yeah, you can't stay down. It's only the beginning! Hey, that person over there seems to know something, come on!
  • Rose: Hello. Are you a resident of Bethma? If it's not too much, may I ask you about the missing lord of Elder?
  • Stella: An adventurer? I'm Stella, sheriff of Bethma.

  • Stella: But someone was behind the attack all along. A Lizardman shaman named Kayak was using necromancy to control the Lizardman tribe.
  • Rose: N, necromancy?! That's serious. Then did the El Search Party defeat that necromancer?
  • Stella: Yes. For now.
  • Zero: For now?
  • Stella: Yes. He ran away, thanks to his avid followers attacking.
  • Stella: I'm sure you noticed on your way here, but Bethma Gorge is basically a nature-made escape route. You can't find anyone who hides there. But at least we know he won't be able to do much. Everyone he encounters in Bethma will be his enemy.

  • But the Princess ordered her to investigate the great disaster. The wish to complete the mission quickly and return is purely Rose's own desire.

Description

The two are impressive by all sorts of machinery in Altera.

Quest Completion Dialogue
  • Rose and Zero headed to the floating island, Altera. Rose couldn't hide her astonishment the moment she got on the airship, and was greatly impressed with all the machinery around Altera.
  • Rose suspected the technology had to be somewhat advanced in this world from what she learned about Nasods and how Elder alchemist responded to Zero, but the Nasods she saw was beyond what she could have imagined.
  • Thought it looked rough on the edges, the machines were truly amazing with great firepower and highly advanced coding, along with precise mobility.
  • As Rose faced Nasods and analyzed them on the way to the core, she and Zero both agreed that 'it's a good thing we didn't go straight to Feita'.
  • Rose: Phew, we're finally at Altera Core.
  • Zero: Tell me about it. We spent too much time being impressed with all the technology the moment we arrived at this floating island!
  • Zero: I didn't think technology like this existed in the world. The El energy extractor was especially impressive! It's really the epitome of efficiency.
  • Rose: Yes! It was all very impressive. It will be greatly helpful if we can utilize the technology here for our own mission.
  • Rose looked around, after excitedly talking about the science behind Nasod technology. There was no where else to go.
  • Rose: Anyway... the main power room is completely empty. I thought there would be something here.
  • Rose: Just what did they encounter here?
  • Rose: Hm... Let me check the security system of Altera Core. We don't have enough time to analyze all the data, but we can check what happened recently.

  • King Nasod: For Nasods to survive... you don't need this big of an army.
  • King Nasod: The only reason I made this big of an army by collecting the El Shard was because I sensed a greater evil and I tried to protect Elrios from it.
  • King Nasod: The greater evil are the demons from the Demon Realm.

  • Rose: Demons...?
  • King Nasod: For some reason this land was deeply intertwined with the Demon Realm and was affected by it for a long time.
  • King Nasod: That connection has become stronger after the Great Explosion. Now there are passages that connect to the Demon Realm all over Elrios and they have been preparing their invasion.
  • King Nasod: If Elrios is destroyed by demons, there's no point in continuing the fight for the Nasod's survival and prosperity.
  • King Nasod: Eve, as the last survivor of the Nasods... I leave everything... to... you...
  • The footae ended there.
  • Rose: ... So the El Search Party went back to Ruben after this incident, and headed to Feita afterwards.
  • Zero: Facing a new danger that threatens the world after chasing the stealing of the El...
  • Zero: I know we already established this, but it's really a relief we didn't go to Feita first.
  • Rose: The Demon Realm that threatens the whole Elrios... The problem may not be the El. Perhaps this is the true sign of the great disaster.
  • Zero: Now that we know, we have no time to lose. Rose!
